1. Resendez Realty Group uses SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, provide requested real estate information, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will send an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, complete the sign-up process again.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply “HELP” for assistance or contact us at gregorio@bigrealty.com.
4. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider with questions regarding your text or data plan.
